Senior Product Manager (Payout)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term roadmap for money-movement and payout solutions.
• Translate market insights and merchant pain points into product specifications and scalable features.
• Own products end to end, from concept and prioritization through launch and continuous optimization.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Product Marketing, Commercial, and other teams.
• Convert strategic goals into prioritized epics and user stories while balancing technical debt and new features.
• Track product delivery and success metrics, updating priorities based on business impact.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling revenue-generating financial products.
• Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or regulated financial institutions.
• Proven end-to-end product ownership from concept through launch and optimization.
• Ability to create multi-year roadmaps and drive sprint-level execution.
• Experience aligning technical, financial, regulatory, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with developers and C-level stakeholders.
