Product Manager - Developer Experience (Fintech)

Payment infrastructure company providing APIs, eCommerce integrations, disbursement, KYC, fraud prevention, and payment applications across Southeast Asia, with expansion into Greater China and Latin America.

What you will do

• Own the developer experience roadmap across integration flows, SDKs, documentation, sandbox tooling, error handling, and time to first successful API call.
• Drive developer activation and retention from sign-up through the first production transaction and beyond.
• Conduct discovery using integration analytics, support and community signals, and direct developer research.
• Partner with Engineering on API design, developer experience standards, and prioritization of DX debt versus new capabilities.
• Communicate product trade-offs to senior stakeholders and translate platform changes into a coherent developer-facing experience.

Requirements

• Product management experience with API, platform, or developer-facing products.
• Experience owning products where developers are the primary users.
• Genuine technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and discuss schemas, authentication, and webhooks with engineers.
• Strong empathy for developer workflows and an understanding of where developers encounter integration difficulties.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering on developer discovery and roadmap delivery.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a developer.
• Experience building SDKs, documentation, or developer experience products.
• Payments or fintech experience.
