Principal / Senior Product Manager, Asset (Tax Reporting, Client Statements & Portfolio) (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR; onsite

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer tax reporting, client statements, and transaction history.
• Build a scalable global tax reporting platform and framework for launching new markets and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams to assess regulatory developments and prioritize regional initiatives.
• Own the Tax Center, including tax documents, reporting status, and transaction information.
• Lead integrations and product strategy for tax and reporting providers such as TaxBit and Sovos.
• Contribute to portfolio management and asset analytics products, including dashboards, performance, allocation, and P&L experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, fintech, business, or a related field.
• Experience in a recognized internet or cryptocurrency company, preferably in brokerage or tax technology.
• Ability to translate tax, regulatory, and financial requirements into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and data requirements.
• Experience with digital asset tax reporting, cost basis, gains and losses calculations, tax forms, or e-invoicing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with a high sense of ownership.
• English must be usable as a working language, and Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
