Product Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Manage multiple product streams across payments, finance, and loyalty.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Set priorities and make independent product decisions in a fast-changing, complex environment.
• Work with engineering, customer success, commercial teams, and enterprise customers to translate needs into product improvements.
• Manage supplier contracts and pricing agreements while supporting legal and regulatory compliance.
• Use analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, FinTech, or related financial services.
• Experience leading product streams end-to-end and owning product details and priorities.
• Technical proficiency, including coding experience or close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make rapid, confident decisions independently in a complex environment.
