Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Singapore

What you will do

• Shape and execute product vision across multiple payments, finance, and loyalty product streams.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Maintain product details, priorities, and decision-making clarity in a complex environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer success, commercial teams, and enterprise customers.
• Use analytics and customer insights to guide product improvements and commercial impact.
• Manage supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and product compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or related financial services.
• Experience leading product streams end-to-end with strong ownership of details and priorities.
• Technical proficiency, including coding experience or close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and legal and regulatory compliance.
• Strong enterprise customer collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make rapid, confident decisions independently in a fast-changing environment.
