Branch Manager - Macon Walnut (Retail Banking)

Location: Macon, Georgia, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities of the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Develop new consumer and business customers through referrals, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and motivate branch colleagues.
• Monitor branch sales, service, operational, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations; immigration sponsorship is not available.
