Annual base salary: $68,000–$94,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

  • Support factory operations and keep medical device products moving efficiently through each production stage.
  • Own end-to-end cycle time for assigned parts, from additive manufacturing through post-processing, inspection, and customer shipment.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and analyze production data to identify and address bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, quality records, files, programs, and revision control.
  • Collaborate with quality resources to establish appropriate inspection techniques for development and production.
  • Review non-conforming material and troubleshoot manufacturing issues across the full process chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of manufacturing, process, or product engineering experience, including internships and co-ops.
  • Working knowledge of both additive and subtractive metal manufacturing processes.
  • Experience or familiarity with advanced 3D CAD software such as Siemens NX, Creo, or SolidWorks.
  • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments such as FDA 21 CFR is preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Devens, Massachusetts.
