Procurement Specialist (SaaS)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $126,000–$154,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Audit, standardize, and upload executed vendor contracts into Zip.
• Maintain vendor metadata, renewal dates, ownership, spend categories, W-9s, and compliance documentation.
• Operate procurement workflows covering purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
• Track renewals proactively and coordinate with business units, IT, GRC, and Legal.
• Train employees and approvers on procurement policies and Zip usage.
• Optimize Zip workflows and maintain accurate data flow with NetSuite.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate indirect procurement, purchasing, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Zip or a similar procurement and spend-management platform; Zip experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and its connection to procurement and accounts payable.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or spend tracking.
• Ability to work with unstructured data, manage details independently, and communicate policies clearly to non-procurement stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience at a growing SaaS or technology company.
• Experience implementing or improving a procurement system or ERP integration.
• Finance or accounting background, including accounts payable and expense classification.
• Familiarity with SaaS procurement, software licensing, and vendor compliance.
