FP&A Manager (Automotive)

Location: Troy, Michigan, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LG Magna e-Powertrain USA is a U.S. subsidiary and joint venture between hirify.global Vehicle Solution and Magna International, developing electric-vehicle components including drive motors, power-conversion devices, and integrated systems.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk outlook activities.
• Analyze financial, economic, operational, and workforce data to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term business plans, forecasts, financial models, and performance reports.
• Lead complex financial analysis projects and evaluate business plans, revenue, expenditures, assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.
• Improve financial analysis, reporting, presentation, revenue-recognition, and performance-monitoring processes.
• Prepare executive presentations and communicate business performance and outlook to management, headquarters, and the parent company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional finance experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP, with advanced knowledge of accounting, treasury, corporate finance, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with online analytical processing databases and executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Professional fluency in English and current authorization to work full-time in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration or a relevant professional credential such as PMP, CPA, or CFA.
• Conversational or higher proficiency in Korean.
