Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A (EV Charging)

Salary: $173,050–$228,850 per year, plus eligibility for annual merit-based RSU grants.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage detailed cash forecasting and analyze business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with executive and business leaders on strategic and tactical financial decisions.
• Prepare Board materials, management dashboards, department-level reporting, and investor relations support.
• Develop financial models for M&A, capital raising, pricing, investment, profitability, and growth decisions.
• Automate and streamline FP&A processes while supporting G&A spending and headcount decisions.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of finance experience at a leading technology company; hardware experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate financial planning, modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, and CFA are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, collaboration, influencing, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with Adaptive Insights or a similar planning tool.
