Consultant – Utilities & Capital Projects

Location: United States — Remote; travel of 10–25% as needed

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and ensure delivery excellence.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and present strategic recommendations.
• Oversee project teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development.
• Manage schedules, milestones, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, design, and risk in utility projects.
• Support capital portfolio and project management initiatives for energy and utilities clients.

Requirements

• Experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, financial management, organizational design, analytical research, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled workflow tools.
