What you will do

• Provide strategic and technical expertise for planning, evaluating, procuring, and implementing complex technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business, technical, procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate organizational needs into clear technical and procurement requirements.
• Develop procurement materials and conduct market and technology research.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and identify technical, security, integration, scalability, and vendor risks.

Requirements

• Experience with technical procurement analysis and complex technology solutions.
• Ability to develop clear requirements and procurement materials.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, technology integration, scalability, and vendor risk assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Albany, New York.
