Senior Product Acceleration Specialist (Auth0)

Location: Remote; conditions list Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington; Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and Washington, DC.

Salary: $189,000–$260,000 USD annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $169,000–$232,000 USD annual base salary for other listed locations. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Advise Global 2000 enterprise customers on Auth0 architecture, implementation patterns, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support pre-sales and New Product Introduction launches through Proofs of Concept, early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets.
• Guide customer developers on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK integrations, and full-stack application patterns using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and mobile platforms.
• Connect enterprise customer feedback with Auth0 Product Management to identify feature gaps, test new products, and influence the roadmap.
• Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement materials for customer and internal technical teams.
• Use AI tools and LLM workflows for code generation, SDK debugging, documentation, and implementation analysis while managing concurrent engagements and escalations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical GTM role, such as pre-sales, sales engineering, professional services, solutions architecture, technical account management, customer success, or senior support, delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0 and CIAM knowledge, including low-friction authentication, high-volume user management, and custom Auth0 Actions.
• Proven ability to read, write, and debug full-stack code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• In-depth knowledge of CIAM threats and the ability to design and scale authentication flows mitigating credential stuffing, account takeover, automated bot attacks, AI-driven social engineering, LLM-based phishing, and automated fraud.
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex, large-scale IT environments, web technologies, and cloud architectures for Global 2000 customers.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical and developer concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide senior engineering leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
