Software Development Engineer III (GenAI)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States — 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week. Employment sponsorship is unavailable, including H-1B, TN, L1, and OPT visas.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver production generative AI solutions, including agentic and multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop hands-on solutions using Python, with additional work in C# or Java.
• Define AI architecture patterns, libraries, development practices, and cloud AI implementation standards.
• Embed privacy, data governance, auditability, PII protection, risk mitigation, and model evaluation into AI solutions.
• Partner with product, architecture, platform, security, legal, compliance, and data governance stakeholders.
• Drive technical innovation, knowledge sharing, resilience, observability, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience covering architecture, development, and testing.
• Production experience with generative AI applications using agentic architectures, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python proficiency and additional experience with C# or Java.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, automated deployment pipelines, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring peers through influence, with strong technical communication skills.
• Must work in the Irving, Texas hybrid arrangement and already have authorization to work without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Cloud-native AI development experience.
• Professional certifications in generative or agentic AI.
