What you will do

• Manage regional partnerships with distributors, pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, hospitals, and private medical centers.
• Translate national commercial strategies into regional action plans and coordinate execution with promotional, Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams.
• Roll out and optimize distributor and pharmacy trade campaigns using local market insights and performance data.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, and activation rates, taking data-driven actions to improve results.
• Collect competitive intelligence and regional market feedback, escalating risks and opportunities to the Strategic Partnership Lead.
• Contribute field insights to annual strategic planning and business reviews.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• Solid pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial, key account management, or trade roles.
• Experience building and managing relationships with distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, or private medical centers.
• Proven ability to translate strategic plans into measurable regional execution.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, influencing, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Romanian and conversational or professional English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the vaccines business model or broader vaccines market.
• Experience working autonomously in a field-based regional environment.
