Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid; servicing the Americas book of business. The role requires travel of up to 50% at peak times.

Salary: $83,000–$116,000 per year for candidates based in the United States, with expected OTE of $118,500–$150,500 per year including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Position hirify.global products and capabilities across commercial and general business accounts in the Americas.
• Demonstrate how hirify.global technology delivers tactical value and build confidence in the platform and team.
• Position hirify.globalAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, and AI Agents.
• Partner with sales, marketing, security, and product teams on customer solutions and product positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales consulting, sales engineering, technical account management, or customer success.
• Experience selling into accounts with sophisticated pre-sales consulting or sales engineering teams.
• Domain knowledge in at least two of AI, SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, marketing analytics, or programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up and active listening.
• Strong teamwork, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and accountability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in San Francisco and travel up to 50% at peak times.
