What you will do

  • Lead channel growth in Romania and deliver annual company targets.
  • Coach and develop the reporting team to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain the sales pipeline, prospect database, customer relationships, and distributor partnerships.
  • Support customer acquisition, new applications, cross-selling, and repeat business initiatives.
  • Conduct customer site audits, identify operational needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals while collaborating with Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage customer issues, multitask, adapt to a demanding environment, and work collaboratively.
  • University degree and strong computer literacy.
  • Good command of English.
  • Valid driving license.
