Medical Representative Romania – Talent Pool Community (Ophthalmology)

• Drive commercial growth across the assigned territory and achieve sales objectives.
• Position the ophthalmology portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strengthen product perception, trust, and value through customer engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and use digital tools to support field activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Romanian healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Fluent Romanian and conversational English.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong communication, influencing, networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.

• Previous experience in ophthalmology.
