Senior Solution Engineer - Tax

Location: UK - Remote

Salary: £97,000–£122,000 annual

What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in the tax solution, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with sales to identify client needs and tailor presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and recorded videos as a tax subject matter expert.
• Design tailored solutions and own the technical delivery of configured proofs of concept and demos.
• Prepare technical proposals and RFP responses aligned with prospect requirements.
• Capture prospect feedback to support product development and solution improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in tax roles, such as industry or public accounting, ideally including client-facing consulting.
• Understanding of tax provision, transfer pricing, and BEPS reporting requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting complex concepts to audiences ranging from staff accountants to tax or finance executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax; a technical or Computer Science background is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software products in customer-facing B2B environments.
• Experience implementing or integrating Longview Tax or other tax software platforms.
• Experience developing technical solutions.
• German language skills.
