What you will do

• Support Portfolio Managers with trade bookings, blotter management, trade recaps, and trade lifecycle accuracy.
• Oversee positions, P&L inquiries, FX and futures rolls, expiries, cash balances, and trade-impacting events.
• Maintain and support the Trading Assistant Blotter tool.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce operational risk and process gaps.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, P&L Valuations, and other stakeholders on risk, attribution, vendor support, and reporting.
• Follow compliance, due diligence, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Portfolio Managers or working in trading.
• Knowledge of operational risk, trade lifecycle events, and their impact on P&L.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income and FX products, including futures, forwards, swaps, and options.
• Python skills for data analysis, automation, and tool development.
• Advanced Excel and data-handling capabilities, including expert-level manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or asset management firm.
• Cross-asset, multi-product knowledge across Rates and FX instruments.
