Car Finance Operations Specialist (AI/Fintech)

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Execute daily car finance operations, including customer queries and underwriting.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Build automation and AI into operational workflows using best-in-class tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to develop a world-class operational engine.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment such as fintech, startups, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data for decision-making.
• Proven experience using AI tools to drive development and process improvements.
• Ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Google Suite, Notion, Intercom, and Claude.
