What you will do

• Create and amend supplier and customer account records.
• Verify bank details verbally and through banking portals.
• Maintain finance master data and perform system imports.
• Manage daily queries, shared mailboxes, and procurement system user data.
• Prepare data reports and support data quality and process improvements.
• Train and upskill new recruits.

Requirements

• Experience working with large data sets and good working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and a right-first-time approach.
• Interest in finance and business controls.
• Ability to present to internal stakeholders, build relationships, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, proactive, and willing to develop finance and business knowledge.
