Runner - Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Location: UK - London. Part-time role requiring regular travel across London and occasional overnight or early morning work for retail installations.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the presentation of HAY retail spaces in department stores and retail locations across London.
• Style, replenish, and maintain product displays.
• Support seasonal updates, product launches, and visual merchandising changes.
• Assist with fixture installations, including occasional overnight or early morning work.
• Identify and report display or maintenance requirements to the UK Wholesale team.
• Support wider UK team activities and events when needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in visual merchandising, in-store styling, interiors, and design.
• Good eye for detail and presentation.
• Organised, proactive, hands-on, service-minded, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute effectively to a team.
• Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours installations and regular travel across London.
• Some initial retail, styling, or visual merchandising experience is beneficial but not essential.

Nice to have

• Experience or education in visual merchandising, interiors, or design.
• Student, recent graduate, or early-career background in a related field.
