What you will do

• Assess and train new drivers during recruitment and induction.
• Deliver driver training in line with legal and organisational requirements.
• Develop and update training materials to maintain driver competency.
• Manage driver infringements through debriefing, retraining, and further compliance recommendations.
• Support post-accident and post-incident activities, including retraining and assessments.
• Conduct daily driver and vehicle compliance checks and monitor licence validation, eyesight checks, and driving assessments in Tachomaster.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Transport, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Driver CPC Instructor certification or a relevant driver training and assessor qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in driver training or driver assessment.
• Experience with transport compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of driver compliance legislation and best practice.
• Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret driver performance and compliance data.
