Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and review preventive maintenance standards for front-of-line manufacturing machinery such as dicing, pellet bonding, and wire bonding equipment.
• Coordinate major machine repairs, setup, relocation, and stability improvement activities.
• Support manufacturing plans and new product development.
• Implement cost reduction projects, capacity expansion investments, and budget planning.
• Mentor peers and technicians while coordinating effectively across departments.
• Maintain safety, environmental, 5S, 3Tei, ISO, and IATF management system requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, industrial equipment, and machine reliability.
• Maintenance or machine reliability certifications such as TPM or CMMS are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and machine stability improvement abilities.
• Programming knowledge in Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, or MySQL.
• Mandarin-speaking skills may be advantageous.
