What you will do

• Perform effective routine maintenance on complex backend assembly equipment, processes, and support organizations.
• Diagnose known faults quickly and execute efficient repairs to minimize downtime.
• Optimize and improve maintenance planning and supporting functions using available performance indicators.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work on shifts, if required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
