Senior Module Development Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive technology development and enablement for high-volume manufacturing and future technology roadmaps.
• Lead development of manufacturing processes, repair reverse engineering, material selection, parameter optimization, equipment metrology, and system design.
• Perform pathfinding and feasibility studies using theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods.
• Modify operating equipment to improve production efficiency, manufacturing techniques, and output.
• Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to develop technology-enabling solutions.
• Track industrial process and materials trends and translate them into cost-sensitive technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 4+ years; or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control, and process development.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data analytics, experimental design, and statistical process control.
• Knowledge of test and measurement equipment, mechanical and electrical schematics, and process control systems.
• Hands-on problem-solving, debugging, project leadership, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Regular on-site presence is required to perform essential job responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with process or equipment development, device testing, external suppliers, and vendor relationship management.
• Familiarity with SQL-Pathfinder, Python, and JMP.
• Experience with Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX, Hon Precision, Cohu, Chroma, or MCC industrial test equipment.
• Experience in test socket and kit design, and signal or power integrity analysis.
