Project Manager Officer (Process Governance & LoA Coordination)

Location: Hybrid role based in Belgrade, Serbia, Zagreb, Croatia, or Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Maintain the regional LoA outlook and coordinate meetings, inputs, and decision documents.
• Coordinate the internal bid-approval process across technical, commercial, contractual, and compliance stakeholders.
• Act as the interface between bid teams, sub-regions, management, and expert functions.
• Improve process transparency, data quality, workflows, guidance, templates, and tool usage.
• Contribute to PMO governance, harmonization initiatives, audits, training, and implementation of updated standards.

Requirements

• Interest in process governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, stakeholders, and interdependencies.
• Structured, proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
• Confidence working across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Analytical skills and experience with reporting, workflow, or collaboration tools.
• Business-fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous.
