Project Manager - CNS/Rare Diseases

Location: Sofia, Budapest, Riga, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Belgrade, Tbilisi, or Gdansk; remote or office-based work available.

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support programme management delivery and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
