Deployment Specialist (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Manage Implementation Coordinators and coordinate installation, scheduling, documentation, certification, and IMAC activities.
• Coordinate project activities with Project Managers, Service Operations Support, Implementation teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, manage escalated issues, and organize actions to meet customer deliverables and service-level expectations.
• Maintain data integrity in company systems and tracking tools while ensuring operational procedures and controls are followed.
• Prepare installation performance reports, billing summaries, revenue reconciliations, and process documentation.
• Act as a second-level escalation point for customer and internal queries and participate in customer reviews.

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Experience managing complex rollout, deployment, implementation, or programme/project activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to prepare operational and customer-facing reports.
• Understanding of project management, scheduling, escalation management, and operational delivery processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, partners, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer-facing deployment, implementation, service delivery, or project coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, partners, or distributed implementation teams.
• Experience with revenue reconciliation, billing summaries, operational reporting, or process documentation.
