Marketing Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for key business verticals.
• Plan and deliver strategic marketing projects from start to finish under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, project reporting, feedback, status updates, and issue escalation.
• Systematize the creation, promotion, and distribution of content focused on AI and digital innovation.
• Lead customer marketing initiatives and create marketing-led account expansion strategies with account management teams.
• Oversee marketing project budgets and expenses while refining campaigns and content for quality and impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within marketing teams and 5–7 years of total marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management and marketing automation tools, including Jira, Pardot, or 6Sense.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, advanced analytics, or technology innovation sectors.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
