Team Lead - Offshore Blades Module

Location: Brande, Midtjylland, Denmark; remote/flexible work is available.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of blade engineers, supporting capability development.
• Manage the lifecycle of offshore wind turbine blades and structural components.
• Set KPIs and oversee operations against budget, quality, and performance targets.
• Monitor blade performance, resolve technical issues, and support innovative engineering solutions.
• Coordinate resources and strategies with other engineering managers.
• Provide third-level service engineering support for the existing offshore fleet and share feedback with the Design Authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in wind turbine blade engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and structural mechanics.
