Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 base annually, plus equity and bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own platform integrations and develop a deep understanding of the underlying technologies and systems.
• Design, maintain, and deploy scalable, highly available cloud applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents.
• Improve software quality, security, performance, scalability, cost efficiency, monitoring, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot cloud production issues and collaborate with support and customers to resolve them.
• Work with product management, architecture, UX, development, and customer support through Scrum processes.
• Mentor engineers and contribute shared code, tooling, automation, and architectural improvements across Platform teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in software design and architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with experience developing cloud-based applications.
• Polyglot development experience with languages such as Python, Go, Erlang, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, automation testing, and cloud security principles.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud technologies, Privileged Access Management, Secret Server or Vault solutions, and cybersecurity software.
• Direct customer support experience and knowledge of SQL and code optimization.
• Experience working in a FedRAMP environment.
