Sr. UI/UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of a product area in partnership with product and engineering.
• Turn ideas into clickable prototypes quickly and use them to guide product decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into product improvements.
• Design AI and agent-assisted workflows that account for uncertainty, incorrect answers, partial results, and human review.
• Maintain and extend the design system so people and AI tools produce accessible, on-brand interfaces.
• Monitor product performance after release, share AI workflows and experiments, and review the quality of all shipped design work.

Requirements

• At least five years of UX/UI design experience and a portfolio of shipped products.
• Demonstrated use of AI in real design work, including examples of its impact.
• Fluency with AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills in Figma, with the ability to manage and extend design systems.
• Experience with research and usability testing that leads to product decisions.
• Clear communication in English, sufficient code literacy to modify components and guide AI coding tools, and the ability to work independently end to end.

Nice to have

• Degree in design, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Production frontend experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, or React.
• Experience creating prompt libraries or reusable AI workflows for a team.
