AI-Native Builder, Senior (Security Specialist)

What you will do

• Serve as Security Champion for an integrated product line and own security issues from investigation through validation and remediation.
• Investigate, reproduce, prioritize, and validate vulnerabilities from customers, security tooling, penetration tests, and researchers.
• Analyze complex production codebases, identify root causes, and implement security fixes.
• Coordinate remediation across components and teams while partnering with architects on secure design patterns and architectural guardrails.
• Build internal tools, deterministic automation, and AI-assisted workflows for security triage, testing, remediation, and validation.
• Coach engineering teams, support customer security reviews and vulnerability disclosure, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Go, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and debug complex production code and systems.
• Experience investigating, prioritizing, and validating application security vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of secure software development, application architecture, threat modeling, OWASP, CWE, CVSS, exploitability analysis, and risk-based remediation.
• Experience using AI to accelerate investigations and secure software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to influence technical decisions and build consensus.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Security Champion or technical security lead.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, dependency analysis, or container security tools.
• Experience coordinating penetration tests or vulnerability disclosure programs.
• Familiarity with OWASP SAMM or similar secure software development maturity models.
• Experience building internal engineering tools, AI-assisted workflows, or supporting customer security reviews.
