Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Senior/Principal Level) - based in Czechia/Poland/Spain

Location: Remote from Czechia, Poland, or Spain with required in-person customer engagement and occasional travel of up to 20%

What you will do

• Build and prototype full-stack AI applications and agentic systems on the hirify.global platform.
• Partner directly with strategic customers to move AI use cases from early prototypes toward production readiness.
• Advise technical and executive stakeholders on AI roadmaps, use-case prioritization, deployment, and enterprise strategy.
• Develop scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Codify successful approaches into reference architectures, productized solutions, starter kits, and internal playbooks.
• Mentor teams and share customer insights with Product teams to improve AI products and capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade systems, including 2–3 years building Generative AI or agentic applications.
• Strong software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML skills, with experience building full-stack AI applications or agentic systems.
• Experience with foundation models, context engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, including evaluation, observability, serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work directly with customer technical and executive audiences, operate autonomously, and navigate ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to support customer-facing in-person engagements, industry events, and team meetings, with up to 20% travel.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience using the hirify.global platform.
• Experience with open-source big data technologies such as Spark, Iceberg, or NiFi.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, inference optimization, model serving, or distributed AI workloads.
