Studio Coordinator (Automotive Luxury)

Location: Los Angeles, Beverly Hills Studio; fully in-person with physical presence required

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

Drive premium automotive brand experiences and client programs in the Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles.

What you will do

• Support Mercedes-Benz vehicle customization consultations by preparing design materials and samples.
• Assist with daily studio operations, KPI tracking, schedules, and presentation of luxury display assets.
• Manage inboxes, customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and professional follow-ups.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to maintain client data, prepare reports, and create visual presentations.
• Welcome guests and support the organization and execution of in-studio events and brand activations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client relations.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Full fluency in English and availability for Wednesday–Sunday shifts, including occasional evenings and special events.
• Valid US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
