Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California, with office attendance required at least four days per week
Salary: $56,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide administrative support to Universal Global Television executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and meeting scheduling.
- Maintain production reports, trackers, databases, staffing submissions, schedules, material deliveries, and series coverage information.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, production run-throughs, table reads, and virtual and in-person events.
- Prepare materials, track action items, maintain production documentation, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Process contracts, deal memos, budgets, invoices, staffing records, travel logistics, and confidential production materials.
- Support onboarding, staffing logistics, workflow improvements, and coverage for department coordinators and assistants.
Requirements
- At least one year of assistant experience in a studio, network, agency, or production company.
- Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, communication, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Working knowledge of Adobe, Final Draft, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of television development and current programming processes is required as part of the desired profile.
- Ability to work from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to read and write coverage for writer submissions and other creative materials.
- Experience interfacing with creative professionals and senior staff.
