Project Controller Assistant (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support procurement and project control activities across ESA programmes.
• Manage procurement actions, contracts, financial documentation, workflows, and approvals in ESA systems.
• Maintain procurement, geo-return, planning, and performance data with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Track contract milestones and support contract close-out, manpower planning, budget monitoring, and audits.
• Produce programme reports, KPIs, and financial analyses while coordinating governance documentation.
• Support process optimisation and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Solution-oriented approach and customer-focused communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
