Senior Financial Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €64,000–€103,040 annual base pay, including an 8% holiday allowance

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and orthopaedic solutions, with the Orthopaedics business planned to become the standalone DePuy Synthes company.

What you will do

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, accounting reviews, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the Netherlands commercial organization and Service and Repair EMEA on business performance, profitability, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, and management reporting across DePuy Synthes and the MSM region.
• Contribute to financial consolidation and ensure accurate, consistent regional financial information.
• Improve finance processes, reporting, analytics, controls, audits, and governance activities.
• Support the Osprey Finance Separation, finance transformation projects, AI and analytics initiatives, and DFIN system integrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business control, financial control, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong knowledge of business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan.
• Experience working with commercial and operational stakeholders in an international or matrix organization.
