FP&A Analyst (Technology)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; office-based role with travel allowance for commuting.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology and IT organization.
• Analyze costs, investments, financial performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting and translate financial data into clear insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and support technology investment decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, including CapEx and OpEx classification.
• Improve and automate FP&A processes, reporting, and cost transparency using AI.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets.
• AI-first mindset and interest in applying AI to solve business problems.
• Strong interest in Technology, digital business models, or eCommerce.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial analyses into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with business cases or investment analysis.
