Global Procurement Finance Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; minimum four days per week in the office during the first six months

Lipton Teas & Infusions operates a global tea and infusions business with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams working across markets.

What you will do

• Own financial methodologies for material price movements, inflation, savings, payment terms, and addressable procurement spend.
• Lead procurement inputs to business planning, rolling forecasts, standard-cost setting, material price forecasting, and PPV analysis.
• Validate savings, reconcile procurement trackers with finance results, and provide financial sign-off for major value initiatives.
• Forecast procurement-related cash flow, analyse payment terms, and assess inventory, strategic buying, supplier finance, and early-payment decisions.
• Build total cost of ownership models and provide finance governance for major sourcing projects and contracts.
• Develop procurement finance tools and automate recurring reporting using AI, Power BI, MIC, ERP data, and GBS support.

Requirements

• Solid finance experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment, with ownership of material cost, procurement, or supply chain finance topics.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, PPV, inflation bridging, and savings measurement.
• Proven business partnering experience with procurement and operational stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Advanced Excel modelling, strong Power BI capability, and ERP proficiency, ideally SAP.
• Practical experience using AI tools in finance workflows and building or improving methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work in the Amsterdam office at least four days per week during the first six months.

Nice to have

• Experience with formal value creation or savings programmes in leveraged or private-equity-backed environments.
• Exposure to working capital and payment-term negotiations with Treasury.
• Experience working across multiple countries, sourcing units, or regional finance structures.
