ICT Engagements Coordinator (ICT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate ICT projects and initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure under the direction of a Project Manager or designated operational lead.
• Maintain scopes, plans, schedules, milestones, work packages, acceptance criteria, project-control records, dashboards and decision, dependency, action and change logs.
• Coordinate technical readiness across networks, cloud and data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring and service desk teams.
• Facilitate technical scoping, testing, acceptance, handover, operational readiness, knowledge transfer and closure activities.
• Organise project meetings, technical workshops and status reviews, coordinating communication between stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and consultants.
• Support procurement documentation, supplier mobilisation, contract implementation, management reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives in a similar position.
• At least one internationally recognised PM², PRINCE2 or PMP certificate, or an equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.
• Strong knowledge of ICT project lifecycles, governance, delivery methods, planning and control tools.
• Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects and dependencies across at least three technical domains, such as networks, cloud or data centre, databases, IAM, workplace, cybersecurity, monitoring or service operations.
• Experience with stakeholder and supplier coordination, procurement documentation, ICT contracts and project or service-management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project or Planner.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, facilitation, reporting and documentation skills.
