Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Kraków and across Poland

What you will do

• Establish the AI-Native Delivery Pod’s processes, intake, planning, and reporting from the ground up.
• Coordinate delivery between the Tech Lead or Architect, QA Consultant, and domain expert or Business Analyst.
• Plan and track PoCs, pre-sales support, internal requests, and the transition to client engagements.
• Represent the pod to clients and stakeholders and build confidence in the AI-Native delivery model.
• Contribute a business-oriented and creative perspective to pre-sales conversations and AI-Native delivery positioning.
• Complete a structured two- to three-month training and ramp-up cycle with the pod.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience, including intake, planning, and reporting for small delivery teams.
• Willingness to work stack-agnostically and coordinate delivery across different technologies.
• Experience with, or strong motivation to learn, AI-Native and AI-assisted delivery approaches.
• Ability to establish processes, planning, and reporting for a team without an existing structure.
• Strong facilitation, organization, presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability in Kraków or elsewhere in Poland.
