IT Project Manager (Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Lead transformation and integration projects across Azure Cloud and cybersecurity.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and run Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Cloud, and Business functions.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience independently managing IT projects.
• Strong experience delivering projects with both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Experience with IT transformation and integration projects.
• Good understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity, including IAM, network security, endpoint protection, security monitoring, DLP, vulnerability management, firewalls, proxy solutions, and Azure Cloud Architecture.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
