Credit Analyst

Salary: $29–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Review a high volume of customer orders and analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email about credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in credit, customer service, or collections is a plus.
• All positions are on-site at the Pleasant Prairie headquarters.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
