Consumer Lending Specialist

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour, commission eligible

What you will do

• Support operations across unsecured installment lending, specialty finance, and auto lending.
• Fund loans and review loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage the lending pipeline and perform audits, certifications, and due diligence.
• Communicate with third parties to obtain required information and documentation.
• Enter and maintain data accurately.
• Communicate with consumers by phone and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operational or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and data.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, California.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
