Credit Analyst

Location: Agoura Hills, California, USA — on-site

Salary: $18.47 per hour plus overtime and bonus; total compensation of $60,000–$70,000 annually.

What you will do

• Underwrite acquisition deals by analyzing credit reports, income, book value, scoring criteria, and required documentation.
• Investigate applications and stipulations for validity, including potential fraud indicators.
• Interact with customers, dealers, field representatives, employers, creditors, and other external parties to investigate and disposition deals.
• Track early charge-offs and deal performance, including return on assets across booked deals.
• Supervise a DSR and provide leadership support to the team as needed.
• Manage high volumes of calls, emails, faxes, dealer support requests, and performance reports.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Supervision and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, adapt to change, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
