Custom Orders Representative

What you will do

• Guide and process customer inquiries for custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center.
• Coordinate customers and vendors by phone and email, monitoring production and delivery timelines.
• Understand customer needs, provide product expertise, and deliver effective solutions.
• Review and edit customer artwork to ensure it is ready for production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Customer-focused communication and order coordination skills.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
