Senior Technical Program Manager (Software Development)

Base pay range for Washington applicants: $145,188–$203,263.20 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate the design, development, testing, and production deployment of features across multiple technical teams.
• Define program vision, scope, milestones, technical requirements, implementation plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and system development managers to estimate work and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Analyze system designs, customer interfaces, dependencies, limitations, scaling factors, and architectural decisions.
• Drive roadmaps, process improvements, release schedules, metrics, and resource allocation.
• Document program decisions, technical trade-offs, updates, and escalation recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams in product management, program management, or engineering roles.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.
• Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.

Nice to have

• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for large businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives while managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and data analysis for actionable insights.
